




We are seeking an IT Technician / Field Technician to provide on-site technical support, with travel required throughout the southern metropolitan area of Barcelona (Baix Llobregat). This includes resolving IT incidents and supporting end users. On-site technical support for users. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Resolution of incidents on Windows systems. Basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi). Incident management and tracking via ticketing tools. Documentation of all interventions performed. * Minimum 1 year of experience. At least 1 year’s experience as an IT or field technician. Catalan (spoken and written, mandatory). Own vehicle (mandatory). Residence preferably in the Baix Llobregat area. Ability to work autonomously, organize tasks efficiently, and interact professionally with users. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Catalan (advanced spoken, intermediate written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Windows operating systems. Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). Basic networking knowledge. Printers and peripherals. Active Directory (desirable). Ticketing tools. * Vehicle availability * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional relevant information: Working hours: full-time, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). Salary: €16,720 gross per year (12 payments), approximately €1,250 net per month. Expenses: mileage, tolls, and per diems reimbursed separately. Start date: immediate.
