We’re currently looking for a Senior QA Analyst, you will be responsible for the production, management, and distribution of backend data setup to support project and QA activities, working closely with Operations management. This includes QA of all backend changes within adm, including test case creation, QA test execution and UAT co\-ordination. Additionally, they will support new client setup for non\-production environments working with business team, Operations, and IT to provide quality testing setup plus support automation of catalogue creation new client engagements and existing client technology solutions. With proactive and collaborative management skills, a likable personality and good interpersonal consultative skills, this role will require strong collaboration across the adm organization as well a range of different client functions/levels.### **Key Responsibilities** * Produce, maintain and distribute backend data to support project and QA demands. * Manage release activities with IT across non\-production backend environments. * Co\-ordinate testing of backend change (Stocktool) * Co\-ordinate end\-user testing activities for backend changes across all regions * Support IT development, client demos, and training as requested. * Proactively support further Stocktool QA automation with third parties (Valethi) * Provide training as SME to other QA resources with knowledge onboarding sessions. * Regular collaboration with Operations team for new client setup and with IT for data refreshes and UAT activity * Deputise for Head of QA as needed. * Undertake a QA Senior Analyst role with team support and professional training. * Support, set, and measure QA KPIS for backend development with a continuous improvement ethos. * Help build metrics and reporting around QA and share those metrics with Senior Leadership * Take ownership of day\-to\-day backend QA test planning and execution. * Lead communications to stakeholders through regular meetings and daily reporting/ dashboard. * Proactively leads daily defect call to determine progress, issues and assign actions. * Own, build, and update the daily test execution plan for the project team. * Co\-ordinates all test resources as needed to maximise planning, reviews and execution time. * Resolve issues and blockers for backend data provisioning. Escalates as needed to head of QA and Senior Operations Manager as needed. * Control test scope and agree any user story additions. * Review quality of test planning from testers * Produce effective metrics to give a clear view of progress \& issues. * Own backend regression updates and effective use * Provide documentation and videos to assist clients and internal teams with learning and testing adm solutions. ### **Skills, Knowledge and Expertise** * 3\+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance or backend data QA * Experience working within an Operations team. * In\-depth understanding of Microsoft Office products including Excel. * Strong backend data management: setup, verification, and maintenance of client and campaign data * Proficiency in Stock Tool or similar proprietary backend systems * Ideally working knowledge of Azure Dev Ops or similar tool * Experience managing release activities across non\-production environments * Ability to coordinate and execute QA testing, including end\-user testing and regression testing * Familiarity with automation and manual testing processes * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving complex data issues * Ability to collaborate with global teams (Operations, IT, QA) across multiple regions * Experience tracking and reporting QA metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement * Excellent communication skills in English, including stakeholder reporting and team coordination * Understanding of client\-facing web solutions and backend systems (nice\-to\-have advertising or marketing industry experience) * Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast\-paced environment * Can do attitude.
