Then you may be the person we are looking for! **We offer:** ============= ✨ **We Offer:** This is your opportunity to develop your career in a robust, internationally expanding technology company where anything is possible. * Compensation based on merit and competencies. * Permanent employment with a market-leading company. * Flexible start and end times, and shortened working hours on Fridays. * Remote work policy up to 50%. * Continuous training in business, product, and role. * Private health insurance covered by the company. * Access to our flexible compensation plan (childcare vouchers, company cafeteria, training, etc.). * You will join a pleasant working environment with a committed team, where our values are integrity, collaboration, courage, and excellence. **We are waiting for you!** **Tasks and Qualifications:** ============================= **Mission:** To locally manage operational control aspects related to Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety, in accordance with KION Group’s internal HSE standards and ISO standards (9001\-14001\-45001\). **Main duties and responsibilities:** * Support workplaces in managing ISO standards, focusing on relevant aspects for obtaining and maintaining valid certifications, particularly elements comprising operational control in Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing documented responses to requirements concerning training, occupational health surveillance, and Contractor Activity Coordination (CAE), as well as other requirements related to operational control of Occupational Health and Safety. * Ensure timely provision of required company documentation for Contractor Activity Coordination with clients, as well as provide support regarding documentation related to workers. * Provide technical support during periodic HSE Committee meetings, ensuring compliance with consultation and participation requirements per ISO 45001 and applicable legislation (e.g., Participation and Consultation Questionnaire), and coordinate any other legally mandated aspects related to this area, if applicable. * Support or implement measures for managing Environmental Aspects (e.g., waste, discharges, emissions, noise). * Guarantee local implementation of the preventive activity plan by coordinating periodic meetings with the Prevention Service to achieve objectives in industrial hygiene, occupational ergonomics, and applied psychosociology. * Promote good practices at workplaces in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment. * Conduct periodic emergency drills for safety and environmental incidents, ensuring that actions, scenarios, and assigned roles align with the defined Emergency Plan. * Collaborate, as appropriate, in incident and accident investigations and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Relay questions and concerns raised by workplaces and the Prevention Service regarding Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety to the appropriate contact person. **Education, knowledge \& experience:** * University-level technical or higher education; engineering degree preferred, or minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * A Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is desirable.
