Collection and structuring of GIS information and case files **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of GRUPO TRAGSA, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Bachelor's Degree Holder, Architect, Engineer or Graduate \+ Official Master's Degree (Bologna Plan) \- Water Heritage Information Digitalization Assistant (Barcelona) in Barcelona **Workplace** -------------------- * Barcelona **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Review registered infrastructure data for integration into the heritage management and inventory system * Review registered operational data (administrative data, location, characteristics, associated expropriation or land transfer, affected services) for integration into the management and inventory system * Collection of GIS information associated with executed infrastructures * Collection of administrative processing data and preparation of reports * Structuring of loading files for the management system * Processing of GIS information associated with geometry and generation of WKT files for loading into the management system * Preparation of XLS files recording management actions and communications carried out with municipalities and other bodies in the case of legacy case files * Structuring of legacy case file information into flat files for loading into the management system * Preparation of case file summary sheets * Extraction of data on affected services recorded in the construction project that entail associated rights * Collection and structuring of relevant information from expropriation case files **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. Grupo Tragsa reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, Architecture degree or Graduate degree \+ Official Master’s Degree (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 6 months of prior experience (professional and/or academic) in GIS usage **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: C1 ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Prior experience (professional and/or academic) in land delimitation and analysis of associated rights * Prior experience (professional and/or academic) in the Spanish public sector (Spanish regulations/procedures) * Prior experience (professional and/or academic) in report writing and case file processing **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: A fixed-term contract of approximately 3 months is offered, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established under current Spanish labor legislation for each contractual modality.
