WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? * Manage information within the department/work center. * Carry out daily tasks such as registering, organizing, and filing correspondence, documents, records, etc. * Support department members in tasks and projects. * Perform tasks using the corporate desktop (SAP), email, and Office 365. * Prepare reports, presentations, and document summaries. * Provide administrative support to other teams. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? (Requirements) * Vocational training level I or II related to administrative functions. * Experience in administrative functions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Knowledge and experience handling applications within the Corporate Desktop environment and SAP.
