We're looking for curious, responsible individuals who are eager to learn quickly. ### **About the Position** We are seeking a **Finance Support** to join our Finance team and assist Cris, the **Finance Manager**, with daily tasks in operational accounting, expense control, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation and a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment. Your mission will be to help ensure financial information is always **up-to-date, organized, and reliable**, contributing to the efficiency of the department. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Review and record invoices** in the accounting system. * Perform **bank reconciliations** and follow up on pending collections/payments. * **Record simple journal entries** and support in closing processes. * **Classify expenses** and **allocate them to projects or departments**. * **Manage expense tickets** (review, claims, and preparation of payment batches). * Prepare **customer advances** (generate invoice, confirm with consultant, and perform bank reconciliation). * Prepare documentation for the annual audit. * Provide general support in accounting documentation, internal reporting, and financial process improvements. ### **What We're Looking For** * Completed studies in **Higher Education, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar**. * 1–2 years of experience (or internships) in accounting or financial administration. * Proficiency in **Excel / Google Sheets**. * **Attention to detail**. * Strong organizational skills. * Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to **complete tasks from start to finish** independently and responsibly. * Good **communication and teamwork skills**. #### **We Value:** * Experience in tech SMEs. * Familiarity with accounting tools (Odoo, QuickBooks, etc.). * Intermediate English (to read documentation or communicate with suppliers). ### **We Offer** * **Half-day morning schedule**. * Dynamic environment with rapid learning and direct exposure to the business. * Close mentoring from Cris, the Finance Manager. * Flexible working hours and a hybrid model if desired (2–3 office days per week). * Modern offices in Barcelona (near Plaza Cerdá). * Opportunities for growth within the finance department as the company evolves.
