We are looking for a **senior profile** with solid technical experience in **Wintel** environments and **VMware** virtualization, combining operational capability with leadership in infrastructure projects—from analysis and design through implementation and continuous improvement. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Actively participate in the entire infrastructure project lifecycle: analysis, design, planning, and implementation. * Provide technical expertise to teams operating (run) virtualization and Wintel platform-related projects. * Lead and coordinate infrastructure projects, tracking progress, identifying risks, and proposing action plans. * Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performance physical and virtual infrastructure architectures. * Serve as an internal expert consultant on Wintel environments and virtualization for strategic projects. * Propose and manage initiatives for infrastructure improvement, stabilization, and modernization. ***Technical Responsibilities*** * Administration, configuration, and maintenance of VMware vSphere environments. * Monitoring of virtualization platform performance and capacity. * Administration and support of Windows Server systems (2012 onwards). * Management of Microsoft services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs. * Automation of tasks using PowerShell. * Creation and maintenance of technical and operational documentation. * Knowledge of backup solutions, SAN/NAS storage, hardware, and networking. ***Offer*** * Stable, high-technology-value project in an industrial environment. * Hybrid work model: 2 days per week onsite in Barcelona.
