Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for facility cleaning requiring physical effort, with experience preferred and immediate availability. Key Points: 1. Facility cleaning 2. Immediate hiring **\- WORK LOCATION:** Paracuellos de Jarama (Madrid) **\- DISABILITY CERTIFICATE OF 33% OR HIGHER IS MANDATORY.** **\- RESPONSIBILITIES:** Facility cleaning (bathrooms, offices, and common areas). **\- PHYSICAL EFFORT REQUIRED:** Yes. **\- EXPERIENCE:** Yes (preferred). **\- OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** Valid driver's license (class B) and personal vehicle. **\- IMMEDIATE HIRING.** **\- CONTRACT:** Permanent contract, 5 hours per week distributed over two days (Tuesdays and Thursdays), 2.5 hours daily during morning shifts. **\- SALARY:** €127 gross per month.
