We are looking for a person to join the team of a company dedicated to the manufacturing of metal profiles and sandwich panels for construction, located in Hospitalet de Llobregat. The position involves managing export sales orders, ensuring that all necessary information is entered into the system for production. The job requires tracking orders at each stage, up to their preparation and confirmation for delivery. This includes managing and monitoring export transportation and shipments, as well as the necessary documentation such as EUR 1, packing list, Chamber of Commerce certificates, inspections, DUA and Bill of Lading. Knowledge of letter of credit management and Incoterms 2020 is essential. It is also necessary to monitor pending orders and material reservations, and to maintain smooth communication with the customer from order intake through to delivery. The candidate is expected to support the commercial management of clients. For this position, we are seeking an organized individual with strong communication skills and customer service abilities, who is proactive in solving issues. We are looking for a candidate with FPII in Administration, with experience in International Trade and Export Logistics. Fluent English (C1) is mandatory, and proficiency in French (C1) will be positively valued. Additionally, advanced computer skills, especially in Excel, are required.
