Permanent Contract Salary: According to collective agreement **Job Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Maintenance and inspection of POS terminals (Point of Sale) and fault detection. * Configuration and updating of systems (software and hardware). * Technical support for ITOS, card machines, and associated peripherals. * Installation and configuration of printers, scanners, and other devices. * Local network management: Wi\-Fi connection, cabling, identification of network issues. * Diagnosis and resolution of common incidents on computer equipment. * Identification and replacement of cables and components (USB, chargers, etc.). * Technical assistance to users, ensuring the correct operation of computer systems and equipment. * Liaison between central IT and center users. **Qualifications** ------------------- Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as an IT Assistant or Technician, preferably in events or hospitality environments. Practical knowledge in the use and configuration of POS systems, Pinpads, and card machines. Ability to configure printers and peripherals. Proficiency with the Windows control panel and basic knowledge of operating systems. Skill in configuring Wi\-Fi networks on computers and devices. General knowledge of computer operation: startup, reboot, identification of common faults (touchscreen, mouse, connections). Ability to distinguish and handle different types of cables and connections.
