Reporting to the Head of the Safety and Environment Unit * Supervise and coordinate environmental activities across various workplaces. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal environmental procedures. * Manage and maintain the environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and CDP certification. * Participate in internal and external environmental audits. * Investigate environmental incidents and emergency situations, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Define and monitor environmental controls, indicators, and improvement objectives. * Ensure proper waste management. * Manage and maintain carbon footprint calculation and its certification. * Develop and deliver training activities and environmental awareness campaigns. * Collaborate on initiatives related to sustainability, energy efficiency, ESG, and reduction of environmental impact. * Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent. * Knowledge of sustainability, climate change, energy efficiency, carbon footprint calculation, etc. is desirable. * A Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention is desirable. * Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) calculation is desirable. * Experience in internal audits. * Knowledge/experience with ISO 14001\. * Proficiency in Excel. * Experience in an industrial environment. * Analytical, integrative, and proactive individual with strong teamwork skills. * Own vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the workplace located at the Port of Barcelona.
