**Your mission** You will be responsible for **co\-leading, designing, and implementing artificial intelligence and new technology projects**, with the goal of optimizing processes, improving operational efficiency, and delivering strategic value to the organization. You will rock at this role if you match with: * Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology projects, with a focus on artificial intelligence and digital transformation. * Experience in Python \& SQL programming, with a focus on data science. * Knowledge of data processing, analysis, and modeling, applying machine learning, deep learning, and process automation techniques. * Strong knowledge of Azure and Snowflake environments. * Experience in designing and developing AI, Generative AI, and process automation solutions. * Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to engage AI adoption across different business areas. * Strategic vision and results\-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technological solutions * Proficiency in agile methodologies and technology project management. * Experience in data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance. * Advanced level of English and Spanish.
