We are seeking Catering Cooks to join various centers/residences in the WESTERN/EASTERN VALLES area. Candidates will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times. We offer: * Working hours: 40 hours per week * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with respective rest days. * Salary according to the collective agreement for catering (€1,615 gross/month, paid in 14 installments per year) * Duration: Vacation coverage. * Temporary contract (possibility of permanent position). Job Responsibilities * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Prepare standard and adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. Requirements * Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Culinary Arts, or equivalent. * Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, collective catering, food service, or related sectors. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles is valued. * Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. * Team player. * Flexible availability.
