Within this unit, we help organizations transform into intelligent enterprises by connecting processes, departments, and functions via comprehensive enterprise management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- You will lead implementation projects, perform system configuration, optimization, and support for SAP. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Design SAP solutions aligned with the client’s strategic objectives. * Configure and customize SAP CO modules in Product Costing, Margin Analysis (Profitability Analysis), and analytical accounting to meet business requirements. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction. * Provide go-live support to resolve issues. * Document configurations, processes, and implemented solutions. * Identify and propose improvements to implementation processes and practices. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **University degree** in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Advanced English proficiency**, especially for international projects. * **Experience:** 5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a specific focus on CO. * **Technical/Functional Knowledge:** + Must demonstrate expertise in: * Product Costing (CO-PC) and Material Ledger (actual costing). * Margin Analysis / Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), both account-based and costing-based. * Analytical accounting and management control (cost centers, internal orders, profit centers, etc.). * + Knowledge of integration with other systems and SAP development tools (ABAP, Fiori, etc.) + Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective solutions. + Exceptional communication and presentation skills. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
