Joining this department will allow you to work on dynamic and high-impact projects, exploring, developing, and implementing AI solutions for our clients. What will your day-to-day look like? You will be responsible for leading commercial activities and business development around AI projects targeting clients in the Life Sciences \& Healthcare (LSCH) sector. Additionally, you will lead a team of analysts to execute these projects, overseeing data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results. Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including understanding its ecosystem, pharmaceutical life cycles, and company typologies. Lead business transformations driven by the impact of AI and advanced data. Maintain a robust and tailored business narrative for CxO-level stakeholders. Commercial activity focused on activating Analytics and AI projects in the LSCH sector. Create and present reports and visualizations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Collaborate with managers, data scientists, analysts, and engineers in project execution. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to AI, data, and the LSCH sector. Demonstrable experience in business transformations or related services. What are we looking for? Dual bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines (mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business domain and a career trajectory aligned with AI or Data projects. Master’s degree or postgraduate education in business (MBA) or related areas. At least 7 years of experience in data analytics or AI projects, preferably within the LSCH sector. Experience in commercial activities linked to analytical projects in the LSCH sector. Ability to lead teams and successfully deliver complex projects. Strong analytical skills, with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and visualization. Desirable knowledge of tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward their goals. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the fields of AI, data, and the LSCH sector. Experience participating in the creation or development of a sector startup is valued. Ability to lead international projects. English proficiency at C1 level (advanced).
