




Position Summary: Design and model 3D piping systems and mechanical components, coordinate clash detection, and ensure quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. 3D piping and mechanical component design in compliance with applicable standards. 2. Coordination and review of designs in industrial projects. 3. Interdisciplinary collaboration and contribution of constructive solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Design and model 3D piping systems in accordance with technical standards and applicable regulations. * Develop mechanical models of equipment, supports, structures, and industrial components. * Produce isometric drawings, fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and material take-offs. * Coordinate clash detection and ensure consistency among piping, equipment, structures, and other disciplines. * Review and update designs in response to engineering changes, construction updates, or client requirements. * Collaborate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction departments to ensure the feasibility of designed solutions. * Participate in technical meetings and contribute constructive solutions. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and good design practice standards. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Vocational Training (FP) in Design, or equivalent. * Prior experience in 3D piping and mechanical component design (I can adjust required years of experience based on your input). * Advanced proficiency in 3D design software such as: Plant 3D, SmartPlant 3D, SolidWorks, Inventor, PDMS, E3D (I can tailor this list to the specific software used by your client upon request). * Knowledge of piping standards (ANSI, ASME, API, EN…) and ability to read P&IDs. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. * Experience in oil & gas, energy, chemical, industrial, or EPC sectors is desirable. * Teamwork skills, technical accuracy, and strong organizational abilities. * Willingness to travel occasionally to construction sites or client locations (if applicable).
