Our User Support Center has implemented a talent management approach focused on enhancing team well-being and performance. **WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS?** ------------------------------- * **Main Responsibilities** + Identity and access management in **Active Directory** (users, groups, permissions, and GPOs). + Support and operation of the digital workplace environment. + Management of corporate devices via **Microsoft Intune and SCCM**. + Deployment, configuration, and updates of **Windows 10 and Windows 11**. + Basic automation of software deployment and patch management. + Incident resolution and technical support at **Level 2/3**. + Monitoring and maintenance of the device fleet. + Implementation of security policies and service compliance requirements. + Documentation of procedures and recurring tasks. + Daily coordination with the client’s technical teams.
