We aim to hire a person to manage the administration and daily operations of an architecture firm located in Sant Just Desvern. The role involves handling treasury tasks, preparing annual and project-specific budgets, and overseeing profitability. It also includes managing invoicing, collections, and the firm’s ERP system, with the objective of identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.
Project coordination is another core responsibility. This entails collaborating with architecture and construction teams to ensure efficient progress of technical and construction projects. Specific tasks include budget control, processing permits and technical documentation, and organizing the archive. Additionally, planning timelines are monitored to meet deadlines, and support is provided for HR functions such as vacation tracking, payroll processing, and coordinating training sessions.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and has at least five years of experience in similar roles—preferably within professional service firms or project-based management environments. Advanced proficiency in office software and ERP systems is required, along with native or bilingual fluency in Spanish and professional-level proficiency in Catalan. Autonomy, proactivity, analytical capability, and strong communication skills are highly valued. The position is full-time and on-site, with flexible working hours and a condensed workday on Fridays.
Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. Valuable experience in professional service firms, project-based management environments, and financial control. Experience with ERP management systems; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\. Solid knowledge of accounting, administration, and financial control. Native or bilingual Spanish. Professional-level Catalan is mandatory. High degree of autonomy, organizational ability, proactive and solution-oriented profile. Process optimization capability. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication. Analytical mindset and business orientation.
