




Position Summary: Develops compensation management and transformation projects, conducts compensation analyses, and collaborates on payment processes, coordinating with various business areas and HRBPs. People Compensation and Management defines policies and manages all processes related to CaixaBank employees’ compensation, including the definition and management of their social benefits. This vacancy falls within the Compensation area. The projects you will undertake in this position include: * Development of projects related to transparency and equality in compensation (e.g., salary register, processes linked to new regulatory requirements, etc.) * Preparation of various types of compensation analyses, external competitiveness, internal equity, validation of variable compensation schemes’ functionality, and economic development analysis linked to professional development * Development of projects for the transformation of compensation management * Collaboration in compensation management and variable remuneration payment processes * Liaison and coordination with business areas and central and territorial service units, coordination with SSCC and Territorial HRBPs Minimum Requirements * University degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management (ADE) * Intermediate level of written and spoken English is desirable. * Knowledge and experience in project development * Knowledge and proficiency in data handling. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Copilot are mandatory; SAP and SQL knowledge is highly valued * Training or experience in Human Resources management is valued * Knowledge of CaixaBank’s financial business is valued * Prior experience in this role or similar functions is valued * Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
