This is *not* a traditional sales role. You’ll own programs, test ideas, and help shape our GTM motion from day one. You’ll blend classic BDR pipeline work with ecosystem\-building: connecting with model creators, AI startups, enterprises, and developers exploring open\-model deployment. If you're an entrepreneur that loves early\-stage GTM, enjoys experimenting with new outreach strategies, and want to work directly with exec\-team in a fast\-moving AI environment, you’ll feel at home here. **What You’ll Own Immediately** ------------------------------- * Build \& qualify pipeline across enterprises, research labs, and AI startups * Manage outreach sequences and automations (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n) * Re\-engage existing sign\-ups and subscribers; identify high\-value users * Coordinate partner calls \& discovery meetings with the CRO and founders * Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting * Attend events to generate pipeline and establish key relationships * Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities **Core Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Prospect and qualify outbound opportunities * Handle inbound interest and schedule discovery calls * Own customer relationships and drive deals forward * Close startup deals * Use AI extensively to automate and enhance daily activities * Maintain CRM hygiene * Manage partner relationships with creators, labs, and dev communities * Collaborate with DevRel on co\-marketing and ecosystem initiatives **What You Bring** ------------------ * 1–3 years in **Cloud Infrastructure Sales** * Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers) * Excellent written and verbal communication in english — concise, credible, human * Entrepreneurial and self\-driven — you operate independently and get things done * Highly organized with clean CRM habits * Familiar with HubSpot, Clay, n8n, or similar tools * Bonus: Fluent in French or German **Why Featherless** ------------------- * Work directly with founders on high\-impact partnerships and GTM strategy * Build your network across one of the fastest\-growing open AI ecosystems * Be part of a small, high\-performing team making open weight AI accessible to everyone
