Job Summary: Gold Union Spain is seeking an Industrial Engineer to manage technical projects for the opening of commercial premises, from the initial phase through to inauguration. Key Highlights: 1. Gold Union Spain is currently undergoing rapid expansion and seeks to hire an **Industrial Engineer** to manage **technical projects for the opening of commercial premises**. We are looking for a practical, organized, and solution-oriented individual who wishes to participate in real projects—from the initial phase through to the opening of the premises. Main Responsibilities: * Drafting of **technical projects and supporting reports**. * Processing of **business licenses / prior notifications**. * Coordination with **municipal councils, municipal technicians, and Authorized Control Bodies (EAC)**. * Monitoring and on-site supervision of construction work. * Coordination of suppliers and installers. * Issuance of final activity certificates. * Project support through to the **opening of the premises**. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering or Technical Industrial Engineering**. * Professional registration (or eligibility for registration) with the relevant engineering association. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in commercial premises projects or business licensing. * Knowledge of technical regulations (Spanish Building Code – CTE, fire safety, accessibility). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Autonomy, responsibility, and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in **retail or commercial premises**. * Familiarity with licensing procedures at municipalities in Catalonia. * Experience in construction site monitoring. * Strong communication skills when interacting with suppliers and public authorities.
