Position Summary: We are seeking a Leasing Technician to perform comprehensive management of real estate assets under lease, including billing, payment reconciliation, and outstanding balance monitoring. We are currently looking to incorporate a Leasing Technician into our team, within a project for comprehensive management of rental real estate assets, to carry out the following responsibilities: * Billing management and payment reconciliation for rental income. * Systematic review of bank statements. * Reconciliation between bank transactions and internal/ERP records. * Continuous monitoring of outstanding balances. * Early identification of non-payment situations.
