We are looking to hire a **Warehouse Manager** to lead and coordinate physical goods handling operations, ensuring compliance with the productivity, quality, and safety objectives set by the company and its clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning operations in coordination with the Center Management, scheduling team shifts, supervising operational processes, and fostering the development and motivation of their personnel. They must also ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. What will your responsibilities be? Reporting to the Center Manager: * Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations. * Organize human resources and work shifts. * Lead, motivate, and develop the team. * Guarantee adherence to operational procedures and quality standards. * Maintain continuous communication with clients and operational managers. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention and workplace safety regulations.
