Here, your work truly matters—and so do you. **What is your mission?** To learn how to select ideal candidates aligned with the company’s culture while delivering an exceptional candidate experience—and simultaneously understand all key internal processes essential for successful recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new hires feel like part of the team and begin adding value as quickly as possible. **This is what you’ll do every day.** Talent Management Area: * Learn how to manage a recruitment process and assume responsibility for a specific group (Interns): posting job openings, screening CVs, administering psychometric tests, and conducting interviews. * Learn how to deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. * Gain experience in defining job openings with Hiring Managers. * Learn and apply various personnel selection tools and methodologies (Applicant Tracking System, Agile Selection Framework, psychometric tests, etc.). * Understand and apply key principles of an effective onboarding process—through an excellent Hiring Manager who considers both professional and emotional aspects, enabling new hires to feel part of the team and begin contributing value as soon as possible. * Learn how to collaborate on People Department initiatives such as training programs, internal communication activities, or corporate wellness programs. * Learn how to share your perspective with the broader People & Culture team to enrich collective decision-making. * Participate in and propose ideas for energizing the internal communication platform (Engage) with content from the People & Culture area. HR Administration Area: * Learn how to manage the hiring process and register employees in the internal HRIS system. * Understand the importance of maintaining an up-to-date corporate database—and put it into practice. * Learn how to manage and monitor university agreements and their renewals. **What You Need to Shine in This Role** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. * Languages: Spanish (advanced) and English (advanced) **What We Offer at Eurofragance?** Much more than just a job!
