**Description:** ---------------- Location: Barcelona Start Date: ASAP **About the Role** As a Video \& Motion Project Manager you will oversee and coordinate a team of video editors and motion designers, while managing creative projects end\-to\-end across different formats and channels. Your background in post\-production will allow you to understand the technical and creative challenges your team faces, but your role goes beyond post\-production, you will ensure smooth workflows, clear communication between departments, and the timely delivery of high\-quality creative content. This position is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with structure, someone who understands the craft but thrives in organizing people, projects, high volumes of work and processes to achieve the best possible outcome. **Key Responsibilities** Project \& Workflow Management * Develop and oversee production schedules for a variety of creative projects (video, digital campaigns, social content, branded assets) and transcreation work. * Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across different teams, not limited to post\-production. Adjust schedules and resources as needed to handle shifting priorities and client feedback. * Team Leadership \& Workload Allocation * Manage and mentor a team of video editors and motion designers, ensuring workloads are balanced and aligned with project needs. Support creative growth by providing feedback and facilitating collaboration with other departments (design, strategy, accounts). * Cross\-Department Collaboration * Act as the bridge between creative teams, account managers, and production leads to align expectations and deliverables. Ensure that teams receive clear briefs, assets, and direction to execute successfully. * Creative \& Quality Oversight * Review outputs (edits, animations, campaign assets) to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with creative strategy. Provide constructive feedback based on your expertise in video and motion while maintaining the bigger project picture. * Resource Planning * Coordinate internal resources and freelance talent to ensure smooth delivery across multiple projects. Anticipate peak periods or absences and plan coverage accordingly. * Communication \& Reporting * Keep stakeholders updated with clear and timely communication on project progress, risks, and next steps. Ensure client feedback is translated effectively into actionable updates for the creative team. * Tools \& Process Optimization * Use project management tools (i.e. Wrike) to keep workflows organized and transparent. Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and output quality. * **Requirements:** ----------------- **Requirements** Experience * 3–5 years of experience in project or traffic management within a creative agency, production company, or content studio. * Strong background in post\-production (video editing/motion graphics), with the ability to guide and challenge creative teams. Experience managing multi\-format campaigns (digital, social, brand, video), high volumes of work and simultaneous projects at once. * Skills * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication and leadership skills to inspire and coordinate creative teams. * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) to understand team workflows. * Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.) is a plus.
