Opportunity for professional development At GRUPO ISTOBAL, we are looking to fill the position of Technical Support Technician for Barcelona. Reporting to the local Technical Support Supervisor (SAT), the candidate will be responsible for carrying out necessary repairs on vehicle washing machines at our customers' locations in the Vallès Occidental area. Main responsibilities include: * Properly executing assigned repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance tasks, adhering to quality, safety, speed, and cost criteria. * Appropriately using and managing material resources provided for performing duties (tools, work equipment, vehicles, accessories, safety equipment, etc.). * Accurately completing the data forms corresponding to each job, following established criteria. Minimum Requirements: * Higher Vocational Training qualification in Electricity and Electronics. * Over 2 years’ experience in machinery maintenance. * Experience in Technical Support Services. * Knowledge of electronics, electricity, hydraulics, and mechanics. * Availability for weekend and holiday on-call shifts, occasionally. Preferred Qualifications: * Higher Vocational Training qualification. * Experience in maintenance of vehicle washing machines. The SAT maintenance technician will travel to customer sites and represent the company to them; therefore, in addition to high technical competence, the candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
