




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative officer to provide support at the Regional Housing Office, delivering in-person citizen service and processing housing assistance files. A 12-month full-time contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday, and Thursday afternoons. Hiring is conducted under the “SOC-YOUNG PEOPLE IN PRACTICE” program, aimed at implementing training contracts to acquire professional experience. Essential requirements: Hold a Higher Vocational Training Diploma in ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE or an equivalent qualification. The qualification must have been obtained within the last 3 years (or within the last 5 years in case of disability). Be under 30 years of age on the date of contract signing. Be registered in the National Youth Guarantee System Register as a beneficiary. Be registered as an unemployed jobseeker (DONO) with the Catalan Public Employment Service (SOC). Catalan language proficiency at C1 level. Not have previously held a practice contract exceeding 12 months. Meet all requirements stipulated for the practice employment contract modality. Tasks: Administrative support at the Regional Housing Office, including the following functions: \- In-person citizen service in municipalities of the Garraf region with which agreements exist in the field of housing. \- Processing files from the housing assistance catalogues of the Catalan Housing Agency and the Barcelona Provincial Council, including rental assistance, rehabilitation assistance, registration of applicants for officially protected housing, housing pool, and others.
