To achieve this, we seek talent to join our large family, specifically our creative team within Brand and Marketing. **About the Role** As Senior Copywriter, you will be part of the creative team, collaborating to build concepts, narratives, and campaigns that bring the elrow and Monegros universes to life and resonate with audiences worldwide. You will report to the Creative Marketing Director and work closely with the Brand team under the supervision of Cruz Arnau. You will participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign conceptualization, and execute copy that resonates and connects with international audiences. You will be responsible for developing messaging for 360º campaigns, digital content, theme launches, brand activations, social media, promotional materials, and event experiences — always ensuring consistency with elrow’s tone and identity. You must stay current with cultural trends, linguistic evolution, innovative formats within the music industry, and best creative practices. Your work will ensure each campaign does not merely communicate, but constructs universes capable of evoking emotion, sparking surprise, and generating conversation before, during, and after every elrow and Monegros experience. **Responsibilities** **Creative Thinking** * Generate concepts, narratives, and ideas that bring campaigns and experiences to life. **Storytelling & Copywriting** * Translate ideas into memorable messages across multiple formats and channels. **Brand Voice** * Protect and evolve the global brand voice of elrow and Monegros. **Culture & Trends** * Identify cultural trends and movements that inspire new ways of connecting with the community. **Creative Collaboration** * Work alongside creative, design, marketing, and production teams to realize each project. **A deeper look at your day-to-day:** *1.
