What will be your mission? You will be responsible for coordinating daily production activities, ensuring the team meets its objectives regarding quality, productivity, and safety. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Organize and supervise daily production, assigning tasks and prioritizing orders according to planning and loading schedules. * Coordinate, motivate, and support the team to ensure a positive working environment and achievement of objectives. * Supervise compliance with quality standards, food safety, and occupational risk prevention. * Manage daily production incidents (breakdowns, staff absences, issues, overtime, etc.). * Evaluate personnel performance and promote their training and development. * Identify improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to optimize production processes. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and company procedures.
