Join our BTheOne Program and begin your journey!** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the development and facilitation of DOA governance: assisting with contract approval reviews and coordination, as well as maintaining databases within the European scope. * Participating in updating procurement policies and monitoring regulatory compliance. * Supporting supplier master data cleansing and new supplier onboarding processes (supplier content forms: expand/remove/create forms). * Collaborating on data analysis and report generation (spend analysis, cost tracking, productivity, business continuity). * Supporting sourcing activities related to investment projects (CAPEX), including tender preparation and supplier negotiation support. * Assisting with billing incident management and procurement-related inquiries. * Collaborating on team activity organization and engagement: scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes. * Participating in initiatives for continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools.
