DESCRIPTION As a Claims Manager, you will play a key role in handling and resolving insurance claims for property owners' communities at Cobertia Seguros, part of the Housfy Group. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process claims notifications submitted by property managers and community presidents, managing the entire process efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience. Main Responsibilities: * Proactively receive and register claims notifications received via phone, email, or the property management portal, validating the required initial documentation. * Open claims promptly and immediately inform clients about the next steps. * Manage and coordinate the follow-up schedule with property managers and community presidents, clearly, empathetically, and transparently communicating case status. * Resolve questions and inquiries related to claims both by phone and email, delivering personalized service to build trust and accelerate resolutions. * Conduct rigorous follow-up of open cases, maintaining continuous communication with clients and internal providers to ensure successful claim management and adherence to established deadlines. * Assume additional responsibilities related to analyzing recurring claims to identify opportunities for optimizing coverage. Take charge of managing repair companies we collaborate with, coordinating and supervising the repair process to guarantee an agile and high-quality service. * Profile and Skills: * Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with property managers and community presidents. * Clear orientation toward achieving efficient resolution objectives and optimal claims process management. * Experience in case management and administrative follow-up, with the ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner. * Knowledge of and interest in the insurance sector, especially in managing community and household claims, valuing the opportunity to train and specialize in this field.
