Main Responsibilities: * End-to-end management of client billing: issuance, control, review, and dispatch—ensuring adherence to the established schedule. * Collection of required information from various business units, timely and accurately. * Resolution of billing-related incidents. * Management of customer payment batches via Kmaleon. * Coordination with other departments, anticipating internal needs. * Proposal of improvements to area processes. * Configuration and maintenance of Kmaleon, including services, rates, terms, and business rules—ensuring data consistency and alignment with operational and commercial criteria. If you wish to bring your talent to Adlanter, we invite you to learn more about us on our Careers page and social media channels. **We’re waiting for you!** * Vocational Training (FP) or Higher Vocational Training Cycle (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, or University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a **client billing technician**. * Proficiency in billing and accounting ERPs (e.g., SAGE, Navision, SAP, Kmaleon, etc.). * Basic knowledge of taxation and invoicing regulations. * Strong Excel skills. * Experience with Kmaleon will be considered a strong advantage.
