Competence in Incoterms, import-export documents, SAP, and Office An Administrative Assistant is required to perform import and export tasks and provide support to the commercial department. Prepare quotations and proformas for export clients. Prepare documentation for international shipments and imports. Correspond with clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders internationally. Prepare quotations, contracts, and tenders for domestic clients. * Minimum 1 year of experience in an export or import department. * Higher Vocational Training Diploma (FP de Grau Superior) * English (Intermediate spoken and written) * Skills / Knowledge: Incoterms, Import-Export Documents, SAP, Office * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2000' to '2050'
