




Position Summary: Self-employed psychologist for assessment, intervention, and follow-up of residents, family support, and advisory services to the care team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Psychological intervention in behavioral disorders and cognitive decline 2. Development and monitoring of individualized intervention plans 3. Guidance and support for family members Core Functions: * Initial and periodic psychological assessment of residents. * Evaluation of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral status using validated tools. * Development, monitoring, and review of individualized intervention plans. * Intervention in behavioral disorders, affective symptoms, adaptive processes, and cognitive decline. * Support during admission and adjustment to the facility. * Guidance and support for family members. * Advisory services to the care team on behavioral management and communication. * Participation in interdisciplinary meetings. * Preparation of psychological reports when required. * Design and implementation of cognitive stimulation and emotional support programs. * Collaboration in prevention protocols (e.g., fall risk due to behavioral alterations, grief, delirium, etc.).
