A law firm and advisory company with a presence in Barcelona is seeking to incorporate a Senior Labor Technician into its team for its Barcelona offices.
Your responsibility will be to contribute to the proper labor advisory and management services for our clients, delivering close, agile, and professional support. As part of the team, your role will be essential in ensuring compliance with labor regulations, supporting personnel administration, and assisting companies in optimizing their human resources management.
**Some of Your Responsibilities:**
* Managing registrations, cancellations, and modifications of employment contracts with Social Security.
* Preparing, reviewing, and processing employment contracts.
* Preparing payrolls and social security contributions, as well as IRPF settlements.
* Drafting and managing labor-related reports and analyses.
* Collaborating in labor-related Due Diligence processes.
* Providing labor advisory services to companies regarding legislation and labor relations.
* Monitoring legal updates and applying them to the client portfolio.
* Supporting resolution of personnel incidents and inquiries.
**What Are We Looking For?**
* Education in **Labor Relations, Law, or related fields**.
* Minimum **2 to 6 years** of experience in labor functions and personnel administration.
* Solid knowledge of labor legislation, social security, and payroll-related taxation.
* Languages: **Advanced English** preferred.
* Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office); experience with labor management software such as **A3 Nom, A3 Virtual, Suasor**, or similar is highly valued.

Job Type: Permanent contract.
Salary: €27,000.00–€35,000.00 per year.
