At **Fairson Inventario**, we conduct inventories for over 650 companies and retail chains across Spain and Europe. This position will allow you to develop diverse skills through direct field engagement and daily exposure to varied situations.
**Candidate Profile**
* Residence in **Cornellà de Llobregat** or surrounding areas.
* Valid **Type B driving license** (company vehicle provided).
* No prior experience required: we will train you on our tools, methodologies, and best practices.

**What You Will Learn or Develop in This Role**
* Autonomy in managing inventories.
* Team management competencies (up to 12 people).
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively with other supervisors, depending on inventory size and complexity.
* Communication skills, especially in client interactions.
* Adaptability, responsiveness, and initiative.
* Strong organizational sense and ability to prioritize tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare inventories (materials and zone allocation).
* Train, supervise, and accompany inventory teams.
* Monitor inventory execution and ensure its reliability.
* Adjust strategy to guarantee quality and productivity.
* Serve as the client’s on-site contact and ensure their satisfaction.
* Deliver final inventory results and documentation.
**Working Conditions**
* Flexible hours (early mornings or afternoons/evenings depending on assignments), primarily on weekdays.
* Frequent travel, sometimes spanning several days with overnight stays in hotels.
* Constant adaptation to diverse environments and teams.
* Primarily field-based work, conducted in sales or storage areas.
