




**The Institute** The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute of excellence, based in Barcelona, Spain, with more than 400 scientists from 44 countries. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with the drive to support our People department. In this role, you will collaborate with many of the team members and contribute to a variety of People\-related projects. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about HR and eager to gain hands\-on experience in areas such as recruitment, labour relations, talent development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, among others. Main tasks of the position are: * Collect and analyse HR KPIs and analyse trends for reporting purposes. * Support recruitment processes, including job posting and advertising campaigns, HR interviews, request of references, etc. * Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing welcome packs, newcomer logistics. * Collaborate in entering new employees’ information into the HR database and keeping employee records up to date. * Help with data entry in HR administrative processes. * Support labour relations activities, including: Informing relevant providers of newcomers and offboardings, assisting in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance checks. * Learn and contribute to employee engagement initiatives, HR\-related projects, and process, policies improvement within the People team. **About the Department** The mission of the CRG’s People Department is to ensure effective and efficient human resource services, thereby fostering a positive and diverse work environment and promoting equal opportunities and work\- life balance, with the goal to enhance the potential of every CRG member. The People Team is composed by 7 people, forming a sound combination of different backgrounds, nationalities, seniority, culture and gender; thus representing CRG’s diversity. **Must Have** * You are currently studying an FP (Formación Profesional), Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, Social Sciences, or an equivalent field **Languages** * You speak fluent English and Spanish.
