




Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to support operational insurance management, data analysis, and process improvement within a corporate environment. Key Highlights: 1. Support in operational insurance and claims management. 2. Collaboration in documentation and improvement of internal processes. 3. Extraction and analysis of management KPIs. Main Responsibilities: * Support in operational management of the insurance mailbox: registrations, requests, confirmations, and claims. * Collaboration in documentation and improvement of departmental internal processes. * Extraction and analysis of management KPIs (SLA, ANS, closure rate, claim payments). * Preparation of periodic reports and dashboards for the team and supervisors. * Support in coordination with insurers, repair shops, and dealerships. * Participation in specific projects aimed at optimizing and monitoring the insurance program. * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field. * Intermediate level of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Organized, proactive individual eager to learn within a corporate environment. * Intermediate level of English; Portuguese is desirable but not mandatory. * Interest in insurance, operational processes, and data analysis.
