We are currently looking for a talented **Digital Performance Specialist** to join our **Marketing** Team. **Role \& responsibilities:** Collaborating daily with our Paid Media agency, your main tasks will be: * Plan \& overview digital marketing campaigns, including Paid search (SEA), Paid social, Display, Remarketing and other advertising channels. * Analyse and report performance of these campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). * Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience \& conversion funnels. * Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. * Analyse results on Creativity performance and set the right actions for CTR optimization. * Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests * Work closely with the Sales team to optimize campaigns and to achieve sales objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor´s degree or master’s degree in marketing or a related field. * Around 3 years of working experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist. * Demonstrable experience on Paid Media, Creativities performance. * Good experience in identifying target audiences and creating right CTAs to push on performance. * Strong analytical skills and data\-driven thinking. * Solid knowledge of Google Analytics \& Microsoft Excel. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. * Up\-to\-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
