




Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support professional with native Portuguese and strong Spanish proficiency to provide resolution-oriented support to customers, addressing questions and requests. Customer training on management software We seek a Customer Support professional who is a native Portuguese speaker and comfortable communicating in Spanish, providing close, resolution-oriented, and effective customer support—ensuring all questions, requests, and inquiries are fully resolved. Responsibilities * Handle and follow up on customer requests, queries, and questions via phone, ticketing system, and email—ensuring an efficient and satisfactory experience. * Manage and resolve incidents reported by customers in collaboration with the support team and other relevant departments. * Configure and monitor accommodation connections with online distribution platforms (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking, Holidu, among others. * Train customers on using the management software, ensuring effective use of key functionalities.
