Proactivity and eagerness to learn in a digital environment 1\- Dones en xarxa is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and empowering women through information and communication technologies (ICT), focused on advocating for and defending women’s rights in the digital sphere, and supporting feminist initiatives in Catalonia. 2 \- Barcelona Open Data Initiative: an entity promoting the use of open data and data-driven technologies to address social challenges. It has specialized teams such as \#DataWomen and the application of open data for social intervention, \#DataXSocial. Node of the Open Data Institute in Barcelona (ODI\-Barcelona). You will join the shared administrative technical office. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with ease in using digital technologies, motivated to work in an innovative, technological, and socially impactful environment, and who has recently completed or is about to complete university studies. Main Responsibilities – Administrative Assistant to the Management Team: - Calendar management and support in institutional relations, client and collaborator relations (documentation). - Support in sales tasks (personalized emails, tracking sales contacts, preparing proposals and budgets). - Organization of activities and events targeted at our community. Shared Responsibilities – Administrative Technical Office: - Submission and justification of grants, including project drafting. - Administrative management: monitoring invoices, payments, collections, and coordination with external accounting services. - Support in managing digital outreach and digital social innovation projects. Academic and Professional Requirements: - Final-year students or recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Management of Non-Profit Organizations, Public Management and Administration, Political Sciences, Sociology, or related fields. - Any academic background with knowledge of administrative management. - Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Finance or equivalent. - Knowledge of administrative management (invoices, payroll, etc.). - Proficiency in cloud-based digital tools (Google Workspace, email, Slack, etc.). - Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software, particularly for administrative financial management: budget tracking, invoice control, collections and payments, and organization of financial data. - Preferably under 30 years of age. - Fluency in Catalan.
