




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle general administrative tasks, procurement and logistics support, including document registration, order tracking, and transport coordination. Logistics support and shipment coordination A company based in Sant Boi de Ll. is looking for an administrative assistant to work full-time. Requirements: \- Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) in Administration; proficiency in technical documentation, Excel, ERP/\*CRM and digital tools. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \- Languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English (intermediate level). \- Must be a Spanish national (DONO) and available immediately. Offer includes: \- Permanent contract. \- Full-time position. Working hours: 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM. \- Gross monthly salary: €1607 x 14 payments. General Administrative Management: · Document registration, archiving, and control (delivery notes, purchase orders, certificates, customer files, technical documentation). \- Procurement Support: · Receipt, review, and registration of supplier delivery notes. · Order tracking with suppliers (deadlines, incidents, pending materials). · Coordination with workshop for delivery verification. · Associated document management: certificates, conformity declarations, labeling, packaging. \- Logistics and Shipment Support: · Preparation of shipping documents, packing lists, and labels. · Coordination of pickups and transport with logistics agencies. · Internal communication regarding prepared orders and dispatch dates. * Vocational Training Certificate (FP) – Intermediate Level – Administration * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * English (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary €1607
