Electromechanical technician
\- Lift truck repair and maintenance \- Travel to client facilities and meet with the responsible person \- Receive instructions regarding the machine to be inspected \- Inspect the condition and wear of lift truck components \- Assess the overall machine condition and identify intervention requirements \- Inspect electronic components, motors, brakes, masts, wheels, and safety elements \- Perform machine cleaning and greasing \- Prepare a report on the lift truck's condition \- Travel to the breakdown site using the workshop vehicle upon fault notification \- Meet with the responsible person and gather information about the fault \- Inspect the machine and diagnose the root cause of the failure \- Analyze electrical circuits and locate electrical faults with schematic support \- Detect mechanical failures in motors, controls, and installations \- Dismantle mechanical components for repair \- Identify and repair hydraulic faults in cylinders, pumps, and hoses \- Dismantle hydraulic components when necessary \- Work on combustion engines in diesel lift trucks \- Perform initial diagnostics and deduce possible causes of faults
* 1 year of experience. \- Knowledge of electricity and electronics (direct and alternating current) \- Willingness to acquire specific training on machines and equipment
* PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION CERTIFICATE
* Spanish (Advanced spoken, Advanced written)
* Catalan (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written)
* Competencies / Knowledge: \- Training in automotive electricity or electronics \- User-level computer skills \- Knowledge of lift truck operation is desirable \- Training in hydraulics and automotive mechanics is desirable
* Driving license: B
