IT Process Consultant (Hybrid)

IT Process Consultant At CAS Training, a leading company with over 20 years of experience in technological consulting, outsourcing, and specialized training, we are seeking to hire an IT Process Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a public sector project. The selected candidate will perform the following tasks and responsibilities: Analyze the quality of processes performed by suppliers through KPI analytics. Prepare reports, conduct supplier follow-ups, and propose improvements to results. Optimize and improve IT service delivery processes. Adapt these processes to operational user management workflows, focusing on the following activities: IT process analytics Monitor the degree of IT process adoption across all suppliers. Propose improvement initiatives based on IT process analysis. Collaborate in meetings with suppliers and the client to ensure continuous improvement. Define service monitoring standards. Lead and control service delivery quality. Establish automated monitoring mechanisms and alerts for key performance indicators. Identify deviations from suppliers’ service-level agreements (SLAs). Implement mechanisms to encourage supplier self-management. Promote adherence to best practices and proven experiences across all service providers. Evaluate the effectiveness of the defined operational model, whether already in place or newly implemented. Essential Knowledge Experience in technology implementation, transition, or transformation processes. Experience reviewing and validating technical and functional documentation, ensuring content quality, consistency, and traceability. Familiarity with ticketing management tools such as Jira or Remedy; experience with ITSM and ITIL processes. Experience managing and configuring CMDB in ITSM environments, preferably on BMC Remedy. Ability to coordinate technical and follow-up meetings, facilitating team alignment and decision-making. Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and orientation toward continuous improvement.
