Working in a dynamic environment with projects for corporate clients On-site Technician At Sermicro, we are looking for an On-site Technician with at least two years of experience providing on-site support in corporate environments. The selected candidate will carry out technical interventions at client facilities, ensuring efficient, professional, and user-oriented service. Main Responsibilities Technical support to users for hardware, software, and peripheral incidents. Diagnosis and resolution of incidents following established procedures. **Ticket management:** registration, updating, and closure. Installation, configuration, and updating of devices and applications. Preparation, setup, and deployment of workstations. Basic maintenance and repair of computer equipment. Management and control of IT material inventory. Escalation of incidents when necessary. Documentation of interventions, incidents, and tasks performed. Candidate Requirements Minimum two years of experience in a similar field technician or on-site support role. Native-level Catalan proficiency. Valid driver's license and availability for travel within the province. Solid knowledge of operating systems, office productivity tools, and computer equipment. Organizational skills, autonomy, and customer orientation. Availability between 8:00 and 20:00, Monday through Friday. What We Offer Permanent contract and full-time schedule.
