We are selecting a Production Process Manager for our Social Integration Company. The candidate will join as a Production Support Officer and will be responsible for assisting and supporting the production processes in the food handling area. Responsibilities: · Work on the food packaging production line · Support the production line staff in their daily tasks. · Ensure necessary materials are available for production. · Collaborate with teams to guarantee compliance with quality standards. · Maintain a clean and orderly work environment. · Identify and report issues. · Report directly to the Production Manager · Work with a team of young people undergoing socio-labor integration * MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: advanced) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \-Leadership and team management. \-Organization and planning. \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. \-Forklift operator license. · Prior experience in a production environment. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. · Effective communication skills. · Teamwork ability. · Basic occupational health and safety knowledge. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (20 hours \- weekly working hours) * Other relevant information: Monday to Friday.
