In this case, coordinating the programming, services, and meeting space of a Youth Space in the South Baix Llobregat area. **Functions:** * Overall coordination of the youth engagement program and youth facilities. * Primary liaison with the Youth Department. * Coordination of strategic projects. * Coordination and supervision of the professional team assigned to the service, including workshop facilitators. * Design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the youth engagement program. * Supervision of the economic and logistical management of programming, as well as necessary resources. * Coordination of the center’s communication activities and ensuring informational consistency. Immediately inform the Youth Department of any serious incident, activating municipal protocols. * Network collaboration with municipal services, the County Council, and other supramunicipal bodies. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of spaces in accordance with current regulations. * Prepare the Youth Space’s annual report and submit it jointly with the Youth Information Service report. * Provide technical support to the Youth Department in planning tasks, reporting, and monitoring related to the service. * Participate in internal and external coordination meetings, including municipal commissions. **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or higher degree in the social field. * Proven experience in sociocultural animation and/or youth project management. * Knowledge of youth information and/or intervention services and social network animation. * Digital competence (TIC) and ability to work in collaborative environments. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract. * Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. * Schedule: Monday and Friday: 14:45–21:00; Tuesday and Thursday: 14:30–21:00; Wednesday: 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–21:00 + hourly allowance: 3 hours per week to cover additional needs and extraordinary activities. * Salary according to collective agreement: €24,172.16 gross/year (position category: Project Coordinator; Leisure and Sociocultural Collective Agreement, August 2026). * Start date: Not yet defined, from September 2026.
