We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Industrial Team, responsible for managing the factory’s available resources to meet the slab production needs of other work centers, ensuring smooth day-to-day plant operations. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other duties, the following stand out: * Daily work organization and planning. * Resolution of production and operational incidents. * Management and coordination of a team of approximately 10 people. * Ensuring achievement of production, quality, and deadline targets; collaboration with other centers and departments within the company. * Clear and organized vision of the factory, grounded on safety, quality, efficiency, commitment, and continuous improvement. **Requirements** -------------- We seek a professional meeting the following requirements: * 3–5 years of experience. * Technical Engineering degree. * Spanish language proficiency. * Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement continuous improvement actions. * High level of commitment, leadership, communication skills, and autonomy in results-oriented decision-making. * Responsibility and commitment to safety.
