We employ a unique, comprehensive, and multidisciplinary therapeutic model, recognized for excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research. We are currently seeking a Monitor to join our center located in Canet de Mar, where you will perform the following duties: Facilitate group dynamics by assigning tasks to users, ensuring smooth group functioning and positive coexistence within the center. Supervise the group to ensure completion of assigned activities and tasks according to established schedules. Monitor users’ hygiene and dietary habits through active accompaniment. Conduct and support workshops and group activities. Provide emotional, verbal, and physical containment to patients during episodes of agitation, self-harm, or hetero-aggressive situations. Accompany users to hospital visits when referrals occur. Re-educate users—where appropriate, based on individual profiles and characteristics—to normalize daily life aspects. During night shifts, conduct room rounds to monitor adherence to users’ rest schedules.
