Position Summary: We are seeking trainers passionate about strength training and women's health to collaborate on a new project with a clear vision. Key Highlights: 1. Space to contribute your own ideas and professional judgment We are beginning our search for trainers who wish to collaborate at Nesta. If you enjoy strength training applied both in small groups and in personal training, believe in individualization, and are interested in women's health, this project may be a good fit for you. We seek professionals who wish to collaborate with a training and health center for women that is launching with a clear, long-term vision. What sessions could you lead at Nesta: \- Personal training and/or small-group sessions (primarily strength and functional training). \- Tailor each session to the needs, goals, and life stage of each woman. \- Support clients in developing a healthy relationship with exercise. \- Contribute, based on your professional judgment, to building and evolving the center’s methodology. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Essential requirements: \- Official degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFyD) or Technical Sports Education (TSE/TSAF). \- Active registration with ROPEC. \- Valid work permit in Spain. \- Advanced level of Catalan (mandatory for client interaction). \- Training or interest in female physiology and training for women. \- Strong communication skills and an approachable manner. Particularly valued: \- Training or interest in training during pregnancy and postpartum. \- Experience in strength training and individualized training. \- Responsible, proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow professionally. * Higher vocational training qualification \- Physical and Sports Activities * Bachelor's degree \- Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport * Catalan (spoken: Advanced, written: Intermediate) * Freelance contract (offers only) * Part-time schedule (10 hours \- annual workload) * Additional relevant information: How we understand collaboration at Nesta At Nesta, professionals collaborating with the project are as important as the women who come to the center. The collaboration planned for this phase is under self-employed status. Should the project evolve and, at some point, it becomes appropriate to incorporate profiles under employment contracts, we will prioritize considering professionals who have already collaborated with Nesta and demonstrated strong mutual alignment—provided they remain interested.
